Exchange & Refund Policy

At Peluche, your satisfaction is our priority! If the size doesn’t fit your little one, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 3 days. Refunds can be issued as store credit or returned to your original payment method.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging for both exchanges and refunds.
